Ordering
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping information, and complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@wippet.com.au. We process orders quickly, so we may not be able to make changes once an order is in progress.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
